ICO_Checkout Ready to send your Order? Time to Checkout!

Due to the many details involved in producing high quality imprinted products – details such as the artwork size, imprint colors, print location, and then the product details themselves- at newdog we like to confirm these details before we proceed.

So, when we receive your Order from Checkout, the first we do is review it and then we contact you to discuss its details. If any of the product prices have changed after we’ve reviewed the Order with you, we send you a new Quote for our approval.

The following explains how to Checkout. When you are ready to send us your Order click the Checkout button.

Checkout Cart Buttons

These buttons in the Checkout Cart give you access to a number features you can use to add or remove information from your Order.

1. First you can Update your order information by using this button which will take you back to the product price page.

2. Use the Remove button to delete a product from the Cart.

3. Next we have an Upload button for Artwork which you can use to attach you artwork to your product. Once we have your artwork we’ll contact you to discuss placement and colors and will then send you a Proof of the layout for your approval prior to imprinting.

4. Using My Sizes you can add your sizes for a garment order – if you don’t have them that’s fine – we can add them later.

5. If you have any information you’d like to send us with respect to your order – use Notes to send it with the product.

6. Lastly, use the Due Date field to enter the date you need the order delivered.

 

Steps for sending your Order

The first step is to enter your email address. Our website is setup based on our customers’ email addresses.

If you are new to our site you’ll be offered the opportunity to “Sign Up” (create a newdog web account).  Creating an account will give you access to a number of tools we have on the site and shorten your next Checkout.

Sign Up
To “”Sign Up” enter your Contact information and create a password for your account. Use your email address and your password when logging in at “my newdog”

But if you don’t want to “Sign Up”, no problem, click the “Not Interested” box and fill in the required fields under Checkout Information.Checkout_vis_notloggedin_notinterested

Not Interested
We’ll still need your contact information but you won’t have to create a password- but you will have to add this information each time you make a purchase.

You have an account but are not logged in

If you do have an account but are not logged in there will be a prompt to login – again you don’t have to but if you don’t you’ll need to enter all your information again.

Then click the Checkout button one last time.
